Forge Crash When Trying To Run Mod

By Johnkakminecraft · Posted 2 minutes ago

Hi all, I've been working on this mod, and just finished creating some blocks, and items for the game. Everything saved fine, and there were no errors, but when I run forge the game crashes. I've been looking at the crash log and it mentions sounds.json as having a insufficient character. The problem is that I never added a sounds.json, nor can I find the file. Here is the crash log. Thanks in advance.   Crash Log - https://paste.gg/p/anonymous/f089f07a0f8b42e28445b6ec867b6766

[1.15.2] Render as 2D icon in GUI, 3D model in hand

Thanks for the diff! Nearly there, except the 2D GUI icon is darker than other 2D items. Is there some flag I need to set?

[ForgeGradle] Publish project to GitHub Packages

By DaemonUmbra · Posted 7 minutes ago

I seem to recall getting this error myself... I think it had something to do with caps, also I do what GitHub suggests and put those in a gradle.properties in my user folder so they're global and there's no risk of accidentally committing them

Does this impact the ability to play or are you just here to whine?

      Forge unable to find model

By CatSack · Posted 25 minutes ago

Hi, I'm super new to modding with forge. I've been messing around a bit to see if I can get anything working, but I ran into an issue when trying to use runClient. Some point right after the texture stitching phase of loading the game, it gives me this error: I understand that this is an error that it can't find the model the model file bedrock_sword.json, but I honestly have no idea what's wrong. I've looked through every forum post on the first page of google that isn't really sketchy, and none solved my issue. In case it helps, here are some other screenshots. II I've tried everything and I'm not sure what to do at this point. Thanks! EDIT: This is for game version 1.12.2
