    I think that this won't solve your problems. You need to install the mod called "NotEnoughIDs" which extends the maximum limit of IDs which is (in vanilla) maxed at 4096.

    Try to update Forge to the latest version ( 14.23.5.2768 ).

    Could you please try to upload the debug.log in your /logs folder? If you have a /backups folder, you should find there an earlier version of your map where it is not broken. Keep it and use it if the problem is solved, so you don't lose all of your work. Where are getting your mods from? And maybe you updated a mod or something else before, which has a broken update? Do you know what you have done while/after it worked last?

    If you delete the file, while the server is still open, the file won't be deleted. You have to shtudown the minecraft server and then delete the file.

    Do not use that site. NEVER. Read this and you will understand why. The files you downloaded from this side are not working. This mod is no longer developed and as I can see from their official website there is no 1.12.2 version. It was never developed. You have downloaded potential malware. Don#t fall for sites like this

    Try to update it once again. There came a new version out some hours ago (1.12.2-1.10.7) And as DaemonUmbra just said, post your debug.log so we can help you.
