No, i posted it above, it worked previously and all I changed with it when I installed the new java is the path to the java file
I run a open port tester while the server was off, running on batch file, and running of . jar file. The tester shows open ports unless the server is running on the batch file

my computer can no longer port forward TCP 25565. UDP works fine and running from the forge.jar works fine but that by default does not provide enough ram for the server.

this is the first time I am trying to run the server since the last Java update 201 and I am unable to roll back to a previous java version.
SOLVED: I was able to fix the issue by only having 64 bit version of java installed and replace the file path to the java.exe in the batch file with just the word "java"
