[can`t copy mcmod.info]

Today it is the same problem.

and I have found something. How can I fix it?

I would make entities but nothing happen. I tried to solve myself but nothing happen. i delete my mod Items but in the game it was there i have no idea more and I have on my folder a exclamation mark.
