Okay so you are using 1.16. That means you should use Java 8. The pastebin link shows you are trying to use a JRE, a JDK is required for Java development.

If you have installed the JDK and are still having issues, make sure you set the JAVA_HOME environment variable, or point to the correct location (of the JDK, not the JRE) in your IDE.
