Forge crashes when mods are in the mod folder

Refer to their installation instructions and report this bug to the mod author.

thanks, i'm just confused as my server uses the same mods and doesnt crash

Thats what i thought as well, but it does, I'v checked the mods, they're the same

Like I said, that is not possible.

Post the debug.log from server and client as well as a screenshot of both mods folders.

I fixed a crash! But when i tried to use optifine, it crashed, ive done some stuff and found it was to do with flywheel and optifine, it works when i remove flywheel but keep optifine(forge then crashes because flywheel is a dependency for create, but not a sudden crash) it also works when i remove optifine, but flywheel says it works with optifine.

Optifine is closed source and very invasive. You have to talk to the developers of Flywheel / Optifine.
