Forge 1.19.2 (43.1.47) crashing on startup with exit code 1

Recently installed forge 1.19.2 and when I attempt to open it, the green bar at the bottom gets roughly 1/4 the way through, says finalizing then tries to start up forge. But no matter how long I wait it doesn't open. when I re-open the minecraft launcher I get a crash report with the exit code of 1. I have Java 17.0.2. I've tried uninstalling forge and reinstalling it yet there is no difference when I reinstall it. I know the version works because I had a friend install it and it works perfectly fine for them. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to post a link to your logs/debug.log

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.

I have tried updating my graphics card, updating to the latest form of java, tried using modpacks that have worked in the past, allocating more ram to the forge setup, and completely uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft. so far nothing has worked (in the crash report i have sent, the forge instance is named Inko Banko #2 purely for testing purposes) Im not sure if this is exactly what you were asking for but if not just tell me where to find what you need to help find the issue.

This a crash in your graphics driver - atio6axx.dll

Other people have reported that downgrading the driver to a previous version sometimes resolves the issue.

Unfortunately, when this works, I have never seen anybody report which version they got to work.

But you should contact AMD to get help with this issue.
