VM Arguments:

-Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true

Forge Version:

7.2.30.982 for Minecraft 1.7.2

Error:

EDIT: I had to change the path of the libraries of lwjgl, it was looking in the wrong place.
