forge client can't connect my server? : missing type on ListTag

Hi, my forge profile in official launcher cant load mods, so i have to use the custom forge launcher, but i can't connect to my server, her eis the error:

internal exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: javalang.RuntimeException: missing type on ListTag

 

can someone help me please?
