The game crashed: exception initializing level Error: org.spongepowered.asm.mixin.transformer.throwables.MixinTransformerError:

I have a forge 40.3.0 1.18.2 modpack I'm making, ~215 mods. The pack is loading into the menu screen fine, but as soon as I create a world, it freezes at 0 percent world creation and crashes. Also, the worlds show up after re opening the pack, but if I try to open them the same freezing then crashing happens, and they show up with a little yellow caution sign next to the name that says something along the lines of "This version of minecraft is experimental and may be unstable," which has never happened to any of my other modpacks. I copy and pasted the crash report below, but if there is any other info needed please let me know. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the late response, I removed fossils and archaeology which is fossils_forge and it is now getting to 30-40 percent world creation and then crashing, giving exit code 1 but no logs in any folders. Also, fossils and archaeology is kind of the main mod of the pack, so i'd  prefer to keep it.

It is still crashing on world creation but now giving error code exit code -805306369.

https://mclo.gs/n4Zoei4 This is what was in the latest log. Also I just wanted to thank your for the continuous support, I get extremely frustrated troubleshooting errors with mods and your the only help i've received from anywhere.

Also, I don't know if this is helpful or not, but I saw in the log something about repurposed structures, and after disabling that mod the game crashes with the same exit code but a different error. The game crashed: exception initializing level Error: org.spongepowered.asm.mixin.transformer.throwables.MixinTransformerError: An unexpected critical error was encountered

https://mclo.gs/i8bD1mD These are the logs from that crash.

Also, after removing fossils and arch, related mods, and repurposed structures, it gives exit code -1 and this crash report https://mclo.gs/hv8brA6

Again, I don't know if any of this helps, but I greatly appreciate what you've been doing. If you think the pack is just too broken in general I could also just try to remake one step at a time.

Remove all structure mods as far as I know, Xaeros map mods, create and all addons, and several others I thought may be a problem. Now, the world loader thing in the middle of the screen on world creation starts loading a decent amount pretty fast, gets anywhere from 5-50 percent, and then freezes again and crashes. I've been looking at the logs, and every time I believe the main reason for the crash is something about a wall_torch direction being an improper value or stone_brick_stairs. https://mclo.gs/glukXvh This is the log from the most recent crash with the stone_brick_stairs

    • Title: Why Is It So Hard to Rename and Restructure Mods Like Xray or AntiXray? 🤔 Post text: Hey everyone! I’ve been digging into Minecraft modding for a while and have one big question that I can’t figure out on my own. Maybe someone with more experience could help or give me some advice. Here’s the issue: When I take a “normal” Minecraft mod — for example, one that just adds some blocks or new items — I can easily change its structure, package names, or even rebrand it entirely. It’s straightforward. But as soon as I try this with cheat-type mods like XrayMod or AntiXray, everything falls apart. Even if I just rename the classes, refactor the packages, or hide its identity somehow, the mod either breaks or stops working properly. XrayMod in particular is proving to be a nightmare to modify without losing its core function. So my question is — why is this so much harder with cheat mods like Xray? Is there something fundamentally different about how they’re coded, loaded, or protected that prevents simple renaming or restructuring? And if so, how can I actually learn to understand someone else’s cheat mod enough to safely refactor it without breaking the core features? I’ve already been spending over two months trying to figure this out and haven’t gotten anywhere. It feels like there must be some trick or knowledge I’m missing. Would really appreciate any thoughts, tips, or references — maybe there are guides or techniques for understanding cheat-mod internals? Or if you’ve successfully “disguised” a cheat mod like Xray before, I’d love to hear how you did it. Thanks in advance for any help or discussion. ✌️

    • Where did you get the schematic? Source/Link? And do use an own modpack or a pre-configured from curseforge? If yes, which one On a later time, I can make some tests on my own - but I need the schematic and the modpack name
