Modpack Crash issues

I've posted this on bukkit PMC and minecraft forum and I NEED HALP!

Hey, So if I fire up my modpack in the client, boots fine, perfect, runs flawlessly but here's the crash report I get when I try to launch the server for it (I'm thinking it's a ram Issue)

But here's the thing about the ram thing, yeah I have 8 gigs but I can't allocate more than 1 mb to the bukkit/forge launcher. Works fine when I take off a big mod like galacticraft or buildcraft but I want those ones in there D: Help would be very much appreciated :D
