Implementing a mod as a dependency

I wanted to make a mod using Thermal Expansion's Redstone Flux as a power source. My only issue that that I do not know how to setup COFHCore and Thermal Expansion for use as dependencies. Any information as to how to set this up would be appreciated!

Thanks,

In your @Mod file, i think there's a requiredAfter tag that you could specify COFH's modid. That way the mod is loaded after COFH so it has the classes in the class path so you can use them.

1.7.10 and older versions of Minecraft are no longer supported due to it's age! Update to the latest version for support.
