LexManos Posted February 9, 2015 Share Posted February 9, 2015 If you installed with the installer that file will exist and you would not get a 404. This is exactly the error you are SUPPOSED to get if you did not install correctly. Whatever setup you have you are not installing Forge to the correct folder.
