starwarsmace
So Im making a gui for showing information about a item and I want to have a picture of that item. Is it possible to have an image and I don't have to make it its background? Quote I'm back from being gone for... I think its been about a year. I'm pretty sure nobody remembers me, but hello anybody who does!
Abastro
Maybe RenderItem.renderItemin2D would work. .. What do you mean by "I don't have to make it its background"? Quote I. I meant that the I have to make the item picture as part of the background and have the text info around it. Quote I'm back from being gone for... I think its been about a year. Abastro
Then just use renderItemin2D. Quote I. Stellarium for Minecraft: Configurable Universe for Minecraft! (WIP) II. Ernio
Are you asking how to draw .png image onto screen/gui or what? Quote 1.7.10 is no longer supported by forge, you are on your own.

Ernio
Passing all irrelevant data: inside GuiScreen#drawScreen(...): this.mc.getTextureManager().bindTexture(new ResourceLocation(InitUtil.ModID + ":" + "textures/gui/myGui.png"); this.drawTexturedModalRect(xPos, yPos, xOffset, yOffset, width, height); Quote 1.7.10 is no longer supported by forge, you are on your own.
