[1.8] MCP: Disable menu music, play my own custom music in the menu

I want to disable music in the main menu and then play a custom music.

The file is called menu1.ogg and it's located in net.tominocz.sounds.music.menu.

This is part of a code which I have in MyButton.java :

public void playPressSound(SoundHandler soundHandlerIn)
    {
      soundHandlerIn.pauseSounds();
      //TODO
      soundHandlerIn.playSound(PositionedSoundRecord.createPositionedSoundRecord(new ResourceLocation("tominocz", "sounds/music/menu/menu1.ogg"), 1.0F));
    }
  }

But in the console it says following:

[13:05:36] [Client thread/WARN]: Unable to play unknown soundEvent: tominocz:sounds/music/menu/menu1.ogg

Any ideas how to unload the music and play my own(without the main menu's music randomly playing in the backgroud)?
