MCVersion annotation, it may cause issues with this version of Minecraft??Help??

I have installed a fresh version of MC w/ 1.7.10 Forge10.13.4.1558.. i added the CodeChickenCore and the NEI to my mods folder. When i open Minecraft the error above or below happens over and over. i also installed the latest version of Java 8 to prevent any other issues but still the same problem:

 

The coremod codechicken.core.launch.CodeChickenCorePlugin does not have a MCVersion annotation, it may cause issues with this version of Minecraft....

I have the same worries, updated Graphic card ok but still the same message  HELP ME !!!!!
