There was a fatal error starting up minecraft and FML

I don't know why this keeps happening, I've tried installing forge about 6 or 7 times, I know it's the right version for minecraft 1.4.7 I've done all the steps to install it correctly, I deleted META-INF, I just want to be able to use the millenaire mod $:-\$
