1.12 Biomes O' Plenty Crash on Startup

This is probably starting to sound like a broken record at this rate, so im gonna try to make it as easy as possible

my game crashes upon loading various mods, Biomes O' Plenty is an example, but it has with other mods aswell

it works flawlessly with the like 8 client mods i have, but anything that adds blocks or unique generation or items causes a crash

i have attempted to load the game with JUST Biomes O' Plenty, i have made sure im using the most up to date versions AND i have even deleted my .minecraft folder and reinstalled it, but again, it crashes

thank you for reading this

net.minecraftforge.fml.common.LoaderExceptionModCrash: Caught exception from Biomes O' Plenty (biomesoplenty)

Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraftforge/fml/common/registry/IForgeRegistryEntry
    at biomesoplenty.core.BiomesOPlenty.preInit(BiomesOPlenty.java:82)

The version of BoP you're using hasn't been updated to the recommended build of Forge and is still using the old names of some classes.

This was fixed in BoP 1.12-7.0.0.2279, so update to the latest version.

Please don't PM me to ask for help. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future.
