Forge Beta - Silk Touch Issues
Installed the Forge Beta (Forge 25.0.69) and I found an issue with the Silk Touch enchantment involving ender chests (exactly the same issue as this thread). Every block except for ender chests give the correct block when mined with a Silk Touch pickaxe except for ender chests which break and give 8 obsidian.
