I have some values for my blocks blast resistances but vanilla blocks that apparently have the same values explode when my blocks don't.

are the actual values different from those on the wiki for vanilla blocks?

1. Stop using static initializers.

2. Stop using BlockBases.

3. Post the constructor of you BlockBase.

How many times have you tried blowing up your block with TNT?

Does the block still not blow up throughout many tests?

Resistance is multiplied by 3.0.

Therefore, you should set the resistance value to desiredValue / 3.

The code for Block#setResistance:

    /**
     * Sets the the blocks resistance to explosions. Returns the object for convenience in constructing.
     */
    public Block setResistance(float resistance)
    {
        this.blockResistance = resistance * 3.0F;
        return this;
    }

        registerBlock(121, "end_stone", (new Block(Material.ROCK, MapColor.SAND)).setHardness(3.0F).setResistance(15.0F).setSoundType(SoundType.STONE).setUnlocalizedName("whiteStone").setCreativeTab(CreativeTabs.BUILDING_BLOCKS));

Try 15 instead of 45

      Hello There! Today we are back on Hunger Games after a little break but we are finally back! In this episode we are on the good ol' map Survival Games 4 and it ACTUALLY went well for once. Also we have so many great battles on rooftops, small rooms and just out in the open! We also use shears to fight at one point and that was pretty crazy! There are so many hilarious moments in this episode that I know you guys are gonna love! I hope you all enjoy this video and if you did don't forget to like and sub for more Hunger Games in the future!
