Custom dimension is blank

And you dimension is empty most likely because your chunk generator (class responsible for generating chunks/building the shape of the world) is empty.

I've followed the tutorial, but the dimension is still void. maybe I've missed something? the github updated.

Well it really just depends on how you want your chunks to generate. Unless you want something very specific you should probably have that class extend NoiseChunkGenerator instead.
