The game crashed whilst initialising game

Here is the error that it comes up with 

" 

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class net.minecraft.util.registry.Registry"

my list of mods is attached in a photo
the forge version is: 1.16.1-forge-32.0.107

If there is anything else i need to supply, or if i did anything wrong in this post, please let me know
