[1.16.4] New dimension registry

Hello,

with the new version, dimension registration system has completely changed. Can someone explain me how to register new dimension?

You simply add the required JSONs to 'data/modid/dimension' and 'data/modid/dimension_type'. For more explanation on the JSONs itself, the vanilla wiki breaks it down a bit.

Does forge has a dimension data generator? to simplify the process of adding dimensions?

Unfortunately not, there are a few issues with creating one, mainly because of exploding directories of two different instances. I currently have one, however it only works in a specific circumstance. You're free to use and repurpose it here.
