Minecraft forge server login problem

I made a forge server (forge-1.16.5-36.0.0). The server starts but I can't login. I had a paper server befor on the same ip/port and it worked just fine. Server log: https://pastebin.com/yT9K9qms

1. Why is your server running in offline mode?
2. Client and server log do not match up at all. The server log shows connection attempts at [16Jan2021 20:02:10.516] and then a couple minutes later. The client logs shows one connection at [16Jan2021 18:46:27.912].

I am trying to make a multiserver whit Whaterfall proxy (Bungee Cord).  I managed to conect to the forge server directly. Erlyer when I tried whitout proxy it was not working, that  is why I am here.  My problem now is the proxy. I am in offline mod because my friends don't have minecraft acount.
