Oh! Thank you. Forge for new mods, Optifine for less lag

I want to start a project with forge + optifine Whenever I try to decompile minecraft using forge it removes the optifine

Well I really need help, I was adding forge in mcp everything was right up until I got into the minecraft through the eclipse and I saw that it is without optifine. How do i add optifine in my project in eclipse? Using forge of course
