    Forge downloading as a .zip and not a .jar [Mac]

    I'm currently using a mac. When I install forge from any link it downloads a .zip file and I don't know how to run it from the .zip. Is there anyway I can make it switch back to a .jar file? Or run it from the contents in the .zip?
