    Can't run Forge 1.15.2 installer

    Hi, I've been trying to install forge for 1.15.2 on windows 10 for a while. I don't really know the issue, but I'm pretty sure that it isn't running through the correct application. the installer works fine for 1.12.2, although i guess that makes sense since it was a .exe and this is a .jar. I've already tried reinstalling the runtime environment, changing directories, and almost everything else, but i just cant get the file to open. it'll run for maybe half a second, but no prompt or anything shows up, task manager shows nothing either. I gave up trying to find a fix online since none of them have worked so far, any ideas? *Don't know how to delete the post or if i even can. Jarfix worked, but only the second time i tried it. i tried it a few days ago and it did nothing. problem is solved now tho
