    How do i install forge 1.4.6?!

    I was wasting my time in the internet found a map that required some mods for 1.4.6 but when i wanted to download the forge the way of download that is normaly(always)used was not there and all the tutorial videos on youtube are outdated please someone or Forge Team help me!!
