  1. its the only thing that wants to come up when I shift right click
  2. that's what comes out of the windows powershell when I do what you tell me to do
  3. what folder ?! its a jar file that when I open It, it opens with java and it comes up with the "install client/install server/extract, would you like to install mercurious. do you mean download the universal file of forge?
  4. I tried installing forge using the java jar file but still comes up with the same error. installer.log
  5. this is the path I took, ThisPC>Downloads>open [forge-1.11.2-13.20.1.2386-installer ] with WinRAR I feel I didn't do what you meant for me to do but I honestly have no idea what the hell I'm doing
  6. okay I have the file open, what do I do now?
  7. what should I use as a command in the system cmd prompt ? not very good at this kinda stuff...

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, ive also tried installing manually through the universal version I have read through the logs and still cannot figure out how to get the libraries to download, I have even allowed the installer through my firewall to connect to the internet to see if that would help
  9. Hi Forge Support Team, I use the windows installer as well as the java installer, both come out to the same error please find attached, installer log installer prompt error -=Could not find Client Crash log=- forge-1.11.2-13.20.1.2393-installer-win.exe.log launcher_log.txt
