I have 1.8.9 forge and I tried to open it and minecraft never showed up on my screen so I tried to open it again and it said this... I had two mods in the mod folder and I tried to remove them but I could only remove one and the other said this...

I typed hello.jar.jar and it worked

I did and it didnt work!

I'm trying to download 1.8.9 forge but it says the libraries won't download even though I've tried to fix the problem by downloading the libraries and putting them in the right spot.
