Paanda

Hello everybody. recently i have gotten problems with Minecraft forge. it has started to freeze for short amounts of time, under a second, this happens pretty often. around every 5-10 seconds. this is not my PC since it has run Forge perfectly before. any help is appreciated. -Paanda
