    Hey, so I have been playing minecraft forge on 1.7.10 1558 with 50 mods, and this has never happened before, but ive been having a lag spike every 117 to 119 seconds. (Yes, i counted) I turned on Vsync, and that did nothing, and now im trying updating to the newer 1.7.10 forge. If there are any suggestions on hiw to fix this, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

    Hey there. My name is Saviik, and I have been having a problem the past few days with buildcraft. Whenever I launch my server, It crashes. When I check the crash reports, it always says it couldn't load BC-Items.dat Here is my crash report, and a download for my server log, because it's too big for pastebin.
