Hello, Im TempUser and I have issues with launching minecraft forge becuse of this error:

I think the code is trying to download a file from files.minecraftforge.net that doesn't exist anymore. Can you or me fix this in any way?
P.s: I alredy tried re-installing 1.8.9Forge with the windows installer.
