    Thread closed, the modpack files downloaded from technic launcher had bungee somewhere in them. I just did a installed forge and mods myself with the server files and its working. Thanks anyway for help.

    I tried just simply deleting everything and installing it again and same thing. Unless forge windows installer install bungee on your server.

    I am not using bungee though, for some reason it is in my forge server even though I didn't install it since I don't need it.

    I have made a forge server for the pixelspark modpack but when I try to join with either ip or localhost I get this message. "If you wish to use IP forwarding, please enable it in your Bungeecord config as well!" I haven't added bungee to my server but for some reason it's in it but I cannot find the config file to enable ip forwarding. Help will be very appreciated!
