    Please Help 1.7.10 Forge won't work

    Hi. I've recently downloaded forge 1.7.10 and when i opened it it said "The directory is missing a launcher profile. Please run the Minecraft launcher first. I had 1.7.10 optifine and normal 1.7.10 and they were running right when i downloaded it. Please tell me if there is a way to fix this. Thanks
