Can download forge, but doesn't appear in launcher

yes i had the same problem. if you go into minecraft launcher, click the three dashes in the top right corner, go to launch options, select create new profile, and then scroll all the way to the bottom when choosing minecraft version you should see 'forge 1.7.10' or somthing like that. I hoped I helped at all and best of luck shadowforce73 -
I have tried every thing, but every time i try to download forge 1.7.10 it says there isn't a correct destination. It goes all the way to Roming\.minecraft and then it stops. I am fairly sure it is somthing to do with the mods folder, because there wasnt one there and i made it on my own and im not sure if it actully works. can some one pleas help me!?
