    Hello, I recently downloaded Minecraft forge for my laptop, and I am trying to download a mod called WorldEdit. I have followed the instructions step by step and the mod still has not appeared in my mod list in the forge launcher. I don't really know a lot about computers or modding, so I am stuck on what to do when downloading mods. Really, every time I try to download a mod this happens and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Does someone have a general step by step instruction that I could follow when downloading mods?
