0 fps & really weird screen on join of world or server

At first, I didn't have it at all. But I restarted my PC and now it randomly happens... -
Bug: So when I start up my Minecraft and join a random world it shows a really weird screen and I have 0 fps... I don't know how to fix it. Minecraft version: 1.8.9 Mods: CheatbreakerHUD, DJTastyMod, Perspective Mod, SidebarMod, Autotip, Custom Crosshair mod, MouseDelayFix, OptiFine, Orange's 1.7 Animations, Orange's Simple ToggleSprint & 5zig mod.
