  2. so do I change that in the actual minecraft launcher? but everytime I input that into the game directory, it goes back to the default you gotta be a bit more detailed man, if you couldn't tell already i'm kinda dumb
  3. i'm not really sure how to go about even doing that or where to even put it here?
  4. I recently installed my 2tb HDD since my laptop came with no space, and after finishing the setup and doing some other things, I wanted to download Minecraft and forge on my new disk drive, not the one that came with the laptop. Now I've obviously played MC on the laptop's disk drive and with forge, mods, it runs great. But on the secondary disk drive, it won't even recognize it. I try to go make a new profile in the launcher, set the game directory to the disk drive and the versions of .minecraft, and it won't work.. here's some screenshots if needed.
