    Forge 1.11.2 Server Crashing On Startup

    So i've tried to deal with the problem, failed, and gave up. Now I'm back trying to fix it again because I am planning on buying a server and don't feel like dealing with the problem then. I have looked through the logs and crash reports trying to figure out whats wrong. I have deleted mods and done everything that I can think of so now I HAVE to ask for help. All the mods work on my minecraft but when I put them into the servers mod folder it just doesn't work. Here are the logs: Here is the crash report:
