Winterpenguins

Is there any way to have a mod check my player's chat for a message, and then from the player's side execute a command (Commands like /kill or /op for example)? I'm pretty new to javascript, and would really appreciate it if you could provide an example, or point me in the right direction. Sorry and thanks a lot, Winterpenguins
