  1. I haven't played Minecraft in a while, and I'm looking to go back in. I remembered Forge, and that it would be nice to play with mods, so I figured out how to install it again, yet every time I open the Minecraft launcher, it only gives me the option of playing vanilla, or an old version of Forge already installed. I have tried deleting the old version, launching the old version, re-downloading and installing Forge. I have looked up how to install everywhere. Nothing is working. I am too scared of messing up the code to try any tutorial on it, but I am willing to try anything at this point. (I have opened the vanilla version, and installed after, so I know it's not the fact that I am missing the vanilla files for it.)
