I have minecraft 1.7.10 and every time I try to download forge the .win and .jar files they always say these 11 libraries haven't downloaded, I checked the log and I tried to manually download these libraries and put them in the .minecraft folder but I still get the same error. I have tried installing forge manually and I also get the same results. Here is the log, what do I do? forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1558-1.7.10-installer-win.exe.log
