Ok, i changed to 1.12.2 version but it continues crashing

The server file (jar file, .bat file) crashes. I edited my forum.

I installed the Forge server 1.12-14.21.1.2424 in Windows 10 x64 , and when i try start the server with start.bat, it crashes. the file's names is : folders: libraries , mods other : forge.jar , minecraft_server.1.12.jar , start.bat the start.bat configuration is : :StartServer start /wait java -Xmx3548M -jar forge.jar -o true echo (%time%) Server closed/crashed... restarting! goto StartServer the goto StartServer, i use to restart, i changed the forge name to put in the start.bat i have to change something? EDIT : now i use the forge to open, and the server file (with configuration, players,notices...) and i use 1.12.2 now, crash report :
