  1. Running latest forge 1.8.9 version decreases my FPS by a ton, only getting around 400, while vanilla/optifine gets 1k. Screenshots: - (FORGE no mods except optifine) https://imgur.com/a/FHfFjNN - (Optifine/Vanilla) https://imgur.com/a/Rv93crs Before you ask "Why 400 fps is still a lot?" - yes but I want to record 240FPS and use high res packs, this becomes a problem when my FPS goes under 240 and the game starts stuttering. "Why record 240FPS?" - when rendered in vegas it creates a really nice blur effect + my PC can handle it while maintaining 800+ FPS on Optifine/Vanilla - latest windows version / nvidia graphics drivers / java Forge is a mod loader but I don't think it should drop my frames by that much, AT MOST 200 not 500. Any help is appreciated thanks :^)
  2. I uncap my FPS for all versions, yes 100-200 fps in Singleplayer isn't too bad but when ur playing mini-games with alot of people my FPS drops down to as low as 90, (I have a 144hz monitor) yeah ik Minecraft doesn't use the GPU alot, but my question is why when I play on Forge my Graphics card litterally uses nothing.
  3. Ok so if I use any other version of minecraft thats not forge, I would get like around 800-1.5k FPS in a superflat world/singleplayer world I check Task Manager on my 2nd monitor my GPU (GTX 1070) uses around 40%-70% which is normal. But when i'm using forge my Graphics Card Doesn't even detect the Minecraft as a game and therefor I get 100-200 fps I know its still good but I am getting ripped off 900 fps, the Graphics Card works fine for every other game, and other minecraft versions, I have allocated 6gb of ram -Xmx6G. PC SPECS: i5 7600k GTX 1070 16gb ram
