Installer failing to download libraries for 1.12.2

I was able to get thing working -
Trying to download Forge for 1.12.2, and the installer is just not working at all. I'm getting the following error These libraries failed to download, try again org.ow2.asm:asm-all:5.2 I read the EAQ, the link there leads to nothing. I honestly dont know where to find the logs it's asking for since this is the only error message I get and this is before reaching a point where the Minecraft Launcher even opens. I have no idea what to do.
