Minecraft is not even running and it says that message

This loading screen takes forever and I don't think this is normal. The normal forge screen starts to load mods, not show memory. Forge = 1.12.2 is the version CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

No windows key + E opens up file explore Im using windows 10
SEE IT SAYS Open the folder containing the downloaded file in Windows Explorer.

I use Windows 10 and on my recent thread was about the problem of installing forge. Someone replied to open the java installer with Microsoft Windows, or I think Microsoft Edge for windows 10 HOW DO I OPEN IT WITH MICROSOFT EDGE This image shows the error if you need to see it again I dont see the Windows Edge option I added image for you guys to check if i download the right forge JAR file
My minecraft is just messed up My mineraft when I uninstall it, it doesn't have any of the librarys so I can install forge I uninstalled java and theirs no fix Theres always a error when I install forge I tried to install all of the scala language stuff but it justs heres the question HOW DO I JUST RESTART MINECRAFT LIKE I HAVE NETHER USED IT OR HOW TO FIX THIS There a image below to show the errors too I'm also trying to download forge 1.12.2, version 14.23.1.2559 installer
