my version is forge-1.12.2-14.23.1.2562, and basically what i want to say is really when you have a few mod's that has a few blocks or items that has this animations it start to lag on older CPU and GPU and the only way to get ride of it is to add Optifine and as we all know optifine is bad for mod's in some ways, This can have a noticeable performance impact on older CPU's and GPUs. so essentially what i am asking is, is there a way to fix this without having to disabled animations using optifine or somesort of mean's thanks you
