  1. We have Minecraft 1.2.8 installed on a PC. When trying to run the installer forge-1.12.2-14.23.1.2555-installer , I am getting the error "There is no minecraft directory set up. Either choose an alternative, or run the minecraft launcher to create one. " There is no .minecraft folder set up in the roaming folder. But Minecraft opens, and we are able to play it. When I search my PC for the Minecraft files, the only ones I find are in here C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang If I try installing Forge into this folder, I get the error "The directory is missing a launcher profile. Please run the Minecraft launcher first." Any thoughts?
