    Was running a Forge server for MC 1.7.10 over a year ago, but have been away from it for a while. Tried creating a new server by downloading the latest stable release (14.23.1.2555). Ran installer-win.exe fine. Then ran server 1.12.2.jar fine. Changed eula & ran server jar again. World was created & all is good. Then ran Forge universal.jar. Mods folder was created but nothing else happened. Tried again, but saw nothing. Logs are only from when server was run minutes before. Ran forge again from DOS prompt to see results. Got the results shown in attachment. I assume it's something simple that I'm missing. Can someone please give me a nudge in the right direction? Running Java 1.8.0_151 that I manually installed, and 9.0.1 that was already running but wasn't recognized by Forge.
